The ultimate mindfulness practice!
Spend time each week cultivating mindfulness through guided meditations while on a paddle board. Learn how to turn inward to calm your mind and connect with your true nature to experience clarity and insight. The benefits of meditation practice can reduce stress, anxiety, and insomnia, as well as increase concentration and creativity. Each class will include a short paddle to our outdoor meditation classroom where we will engage in pranayama (breath) techniques, gentle movement and 20-30 minute guided meditations. Open to beginner and experience meditators.
