PADDLE BOARDING CLASSES & TOURS

B’More SUP’s newest location is on Baltimore’s Inner Harbor in historic Canton!

We are based out of the New Lighthouse Point Marina (2780 Lighthouse Point E, Baltimore, MD 21224) and we have on-site parking, bathrooms and even a floating cocktail bar for post-paddle refreshments! Beyond the waterfront, Baltimore’s Canton neighborhood offers plenty to see, eat, and drink. We cannot wait to explore this side of the city with you!

We will be offering weekly sunrise Paddle & Flow classes (you can join for just yoga on the pier or for yoga and a paddle!), sunset SUP tours, 1st Thursday concert paddles, lessons and much more!

Canton Special Events:

JULY:

Paddle & Flow: July 27th, 8am
Emily Fleming will lead a yoga class on the pier and then you have the option to hop on a board afterwards for a guided paddle on the Inner Harbor. Join us for yoga or yoga and a paddle!

Pedal & Paddle: July 28th, 8am
Maddison will teach a high-energy cycle class at REV and then we will walk over to our Canton location for a group paddle on the Inner Harbor. Your ticket includes both the cycle class and a guided paddle.

AUGUST:

Paddle, Cooking Class & Brunch: August 11th, 9am (CANTON)
We are partnering with Schola for a fun morning of paddling, cooking and of course eating! We will meet at Lighthouse Point Marina for a 45 minute guided paddle on the Inner Harbor and then we will walk over to Schola Cooking School to learn how to make an Italian Brunch! We will make: Panzanella Salad, Breakfast Pasta, Eggs in Purgatory, Caprese Grilled Panini, and Zeppoles.

 

Bells & Boards: August 18, 9am
Join B-Fit Lifestyle and B’More SUP for Bells & Boards — a fun morning on the water starting at 9am. We’ll meet at Canton Waterfront Park (park along Boston St, at the park, or pay for parking in the Raw & Refined/marina lot) for a 40-minute kettlebell strength workout lead by B-Fit Coaches Brian & Lorenzo. The workout includes a dynamic warmup, and full body strength movements — enjoy good music, a view of the water, and a functional workout with kettlebells! After the workout, we’ll walk/jog over to the pier as a group where we’ll hit the water with a B’More SUP instructor for a nice cooldown paddle. Stick around for discounted mimosas at Raw & Refined after if you’d like to make it a Sunday Funday!
