SUP FITNESS CLASSES

Welcome to Baltimore’s ONLY floating fitness studio. We offer a variety of fitness classes on the water at our Baltimore Boating Center location. The below classes are all at our Sue Creek Location. Do not forget to check out our schedule of classes and offerings at the Inner Harbor Marina and in Canton!

 

Our SUP fitness classes are fun and effective workouts that will keep you sweating AND smiling all summer long. Don’t forget- we also have class packages, monthly memberships  and unlimited summer memberships available for all SUP fitness classes.

The focus of the class is having fun while using core stability to improve the overall functioning of the body and build a stronger, more balanced physique.

Find peace and relaxation through gentle yoga poses on a stand-up paddle board. Practice deep breathing and balance while enjoying your natural surroundings.

Join us for a fun social paddle! There will be no race training, no fitness challenges, no stroke analyzation just a fun group paddle. Get to know other paddlers on this guided group paddle.
