Welcome to Baltimore’s ONLY floating fitness studio. We offer a variety of fitness classes on the water at B’More SUP’s Sparrow’s Point location. Our SUP fitness classes are fun and effective workouts that will keep you sweating AND smiling all summer long!
Don’t forget- we also have class packages, monthly memberships and unlimited summer memberships available for all SUP fitness classes.

In this fun class we combine two of our most popular activities: our SUP Social & Water Front Yoga! First, we will guide you on a 45-minute paddle on Bear Creek and then we finish the experience with a relaxing yoga practice on the grass at B’More SUP. Please bring your own mat and props for yoga!
