Welcome to Baltimore’s ONLY floating fitness studio. We offer over 20 fitness classes a week on the water at B’More SUP’s two locations (Hard Yacht Cafe in Dundalk and Tiki Lee’s in Sparrows Point). Our SUP fitness classes are fun and effective workouts that will keep you sweating, smiling and socially distanced all summer long!
In addition to our weekly group SUP fitness classes we also offer yoga on the pier for those who would prefer to stay dry and on solid ground. Plus, we offer private group classes all summer long.
