SUP FITNESS CLASSES

Welcome to Baltimore’s ONLY floating fitness studio. We offer a variety of fitness classes on the water at our Baltimore Boating Center location. Our SUP fitness classes are fun and effective workouts that will keep you sweating AND smiling all summer long!

Don’t forget- we also have class packages, monthly memberships  and unlimited summer memberships available for all SUP fitness classes.

The focus of the class is having fun while using core stability to improve the overall functioning of the body and build a stronger, more balanced physique.

In this fun class we combine two of our most popular activities: our SUP Social & Water Front Yoga! First, we will guide you on a 45-minute paddle on Sue Creek and then we finish the experience with a relaxing yoga practice on the land at B’More SUP.

This bootcamp-style class includes interval-based training, body weight exercises and paddle drills to get your heart rate up and build strength while on the water.
