It’s almost paddle season and we are gearing up for our best summer yet! We have a brand new home base at Sparrows Point Country Club and this means we have more space, more parking and less boat traffic. This is perfect for our events!! Please check back here frequently to learn about all the exciting upcoming events!!



Mom & Me FloYo: September 11th, 10:45am
This one is going to be be fun! This special edition FloYo class is meant for an adult and their 8-12 year old child! It doesn’t have to be a mother-daughter combo…it could be an aunt and niece, father and son, etc. The class will be tailored to shorter attention spans and will even include some fun partner yoga moves on the boards! We do ask that all children have prior SUP experience….this is not the class for first time paddlers!

WOLK Fundraiser Doggie Paddle: September 11th, 3pm
Join us for our last fundraiser of the summer for Wings of Love Kuwait’s dog rescue mission! This fun event will include a paddle and play date for your pups. Learn more about WOLK here. No prior SUP experience is required for the dogs, but we do ask that all humans have experience paddling before joining this event. Also- please ensure your pup has a life jacket, they are required for all dogs and we do not provide them.

Dry Land Training: September 19th, 9am
Learn how to transition your SUP workouts from the water to the land with this fun interval based fitness class on the LAND! Julie, a local SUP athlete and fitness instructor will be leading this workout which will teach you how to train your paddle muscles all year round!
The workout will consist of:
*Part one: 20-25 min Bodyweight HIIT
*Part two: 5-10 min core work
*Part three: 20 min FullBody strength training using resistance bands
*Cool down

Please bring: yoga mat or towel to use in the grass, sneakers and a water bottle! All are welcome, cost is $15!


SUP x Hands on HIIT: Pilates, Paddle, Pickup: September 19th, 11am
We have partnered with the Hands On HIIT ladies for one final water/beach cleanup event of summer. This fun event starts with a pilates/barre workout on the land and then we will hit the water to participate in a “SUP n’ Scoop” water clean up. So far this summer the Hands on HIIT crew has collected 2,019 pounds of trash in Baltimore and their goal is 5,000 pounds. Let’s help them reach that goal this September! Previous paddle board experience is highly recommended for this event!


Full Moon SloFlo: September 19th, 6pm
This Full Harvest Moon event will be one to remember! The September Full Moon in Pisces is likely to bring our focus on health matters and holistic wellbeing and invites us to find balance between passive flow and active effort. That is what this SloFlo class with Jaime is all about- finding the balance between effort and ease.


Fall Equinox Celebration: September 21st, 6pm
Join Shawn Brown for an evening to celebrate the fall equinox! We’ll share a social paddle before a guided meditation on our boards.  With clear hearts and minds, we’ll return to the land for journaling prompts. The equinox is an excellent time to release what no longer serves us while setting intentions for Autumn. Finally, we’ll cheers to the fall season with Wild Kombucha. Bring your journal and pen, everything else will be provided. Class is from 6:00 – 7:30, all experience levels welcome.
