Paddle The Inner Harbor!
Join us for one of our weekly Inner Harbor SUP tours, Paddle & Flow classes and special events! This location opens on June 1st, 2026.
All “Inner Harbor” classes, tours and events take place at the Inner Harbor Marina (400 Key Hwy, Baltimore, MD 21230).

Join Shawn Brown for a relaxing 90-minute experience on the water, featuring a social paddle followed by a sound healing session on the dock. Enjoy calm vibes on the board and deep relaxation as Shawn plays sound bowls and guides a meditation. No experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat or towel for the sound bath. - Full Moon Paddle: August 28th, 7:30pm
