Our 31-Day Core Challenge was such a hit that we’ve decided to join together for another monthly challenge this June!
From June 1st until June 30th you will be emailed a daily workout from B’More SUP owner, Jessie Benson. Each workout will be 20 minutes or less and most will use little to no fitness equipment. We will primarily use our own bodyweight, but you may be asked to use some household items such as pillows, towels, paper plates, etc.. Each day of the week will have a different focus (upper body, lower body, cardio, core, stretching, mindfulness, etc.) and many of the workouts will focus on the muscles and movements we use most while standup paddle boarding.
Additionally, once you join the challenge you will be invited to the private Facebook group which will have daily inspiration and ways to connect with the group. Plus, there will be weekly challenge prizes and a halfway point live workout on Zoom.
We are excited to team up with professional paddleboarder, Seychelle, to also offer the option to join her 30-day nutrition challenge. The details of the nutrition component will be emailed to registered participants. It is not a requirement, but if you want to see changes in your body we highly recommend combining the Summer Strong Challenge with Seychelle’s Nutrition Challenge!
Please note, this is a challenge that takes place in the comfort of your own home, not at B’More SUP. Each day you will receive an email from us with your daily workout, you will then complete the workout on your own, at any time in the day that works! You do not have to do it at a set time each day!
