We believe that starting your day (and your week!) with a good stretch and strengthening yoga practice sets the tone for your week and will help you create a positive mindset and sense of purpose for your week. Why not give it a try!?
This twice weekly practice has been created to fit into your busy schedule and help you start your week off on the right foot. We will meet on Monday mornings and Wednesday evenings. If you cannot join us live at 7am on Monday mornings or 7pm on Wednesday evenings in October, do not worry. All registered participants will be emailed the classes each week to do at your own time. You will have access to the classes forever to practice whenever you wish.
We will meet every Monday at 7am and Wednesday at 7pm for 4 weeks beginning October 5th.
