We love practicing on the pier with you and this winter we want to continue to build your practice and this community. So, please join us for an online Zoom yoga class or workshop!

We will be offering online pop up classes and events to fit into your busy schedule and help you stay connected with our fellow paddlers.

Sunday’s, 4pm, Starting January 17th

This all levels slow flow class has been created to help you make space in your mind and body and find the clarity and calm that lies within. Jessie will guide you through a 60 minute vinyasa yoga class. All you need is a mat and internet connection!

Intention Setting Workshop

Wednesday, January 13, 7pm

There are resolutions and there are intentions. Resolutions are action items – “do a headstand on a paddle board” or “lose 10 pounds.” Resolutions have success and failure attached to them. Intentions are words or phrases that guide your actions – “love,” “you are enough,” “live with purpose.” In this workshop Jessie will guide you on how to live with intention in 2021. We will begin with a bit of movement on our mats and then have a guided meditation. After the meditation we will do a group journaling session to get clear on your intentions for the coming year.
