Paddle + Play!


Mom’s grab your daughters, daughters….grab your mom’s! This fun morning on the water will be the perfect opportunity for mom’s and their high school aged girls to have some fun on the water.

We’ve put together a dynamic 2-hour workshop that will include a land-based yoga class, a fun social paddle, a FloYo SUP yoga class, and an on-land workshop to help you find your inner strength and use it to perform at your best! Afterwards we’ll paddle back to B’More SUP for light refreshments.

About the breakout session: Lindsey Davis is an expert in performance coaching and runs interactive workshops that partner lessons on empowerment with tactical skills like FloYo, Yoga, and Boxing! You can learn more here!

About the FloYo class: The signature FloYo class consists of vinyasa yoga sequences where sun salutations on a SUP board flow into lengthening and strengthening poses, balance postures, breathing techniques, and even a little play time on the boards. This class is suitable for all levels of paddlers and all levels of yogis!

Please note- this workshop is not only open to mother’s and daughters- feel free to bring your nieces, neighbors or any other kids that you think would enjoy some time with you on the water! Ages 15+ please!
