To be a strong paddler, you must have a strong core. This 30-day challenge has been designed to help you build all the muscles that make up your core, ultimately helping to improve your paddle technique.


Every day, for 30 days, you will be sent a core workout and/or challenge. The challenge begins November 1st, 2020 and will conclude on November 30th. There will be fun social media challenges and prizes thrown in along the way. This is meant to be a fun, community building challenge to help us connect with our paddle family and get ready for our strongest paddle season yet!
