Yoga & Sunsets!
Join us every Thursday for a 45 minute casual paddle followed by 45 minutes of yoga on the pier! We will meet at 6pm and begin with a paddle on Bear Creek and then after the paddle we will gather on our pier for a 45 minute all levels vinyasa yoga class.
Please bring your own mat for yoga. Remember, we practice yoga on a cement pier, so you may also want to bring a blanket or beach towel for extra padding!
