We believe fitness should be fun- and what better way to make your workout fun than to take it to the water. We have 2 brand new classes being offered this year, in addition to offering all three FloYo® class formats we will also be offering Barre on Board and Paddle Pilates!

FloYo SUP Yoga FloYo: The signature FloYo class consists of vinyasa yoga sequences where SUP sun salutations will flow into lengthening and strengthening yoga poses, balance postures, breathing techniques and even a little play time on the boards. The focus of the class is having FUN while using core stability to improve the overall functioning of the body and build a stronger more balanced physique.
SUP Bootcamp FloYo Fit: A boot-camp style class which includes interval based training, body weight exercises and paddle drills to get your heart rate up and build strength. FloYo Fit will always begin and end with a traditional FloYo yoga-inspired warm up and cool down on the boards.
SloFlo SUP Yoga SloFlo: This class is designed to help you slow down and find peace & serenity outdoors. The water lends itself to relaxation and the restorative postures will be held longer to allow for a full release easing the body and invigorating the spirit. You will leave this class feeling relaxed, refreshed and connected to nature.

 

 

Barre On Board: Barrevolution and B’More SUP have joined forces to offer you the ultimate barre experience. This full body workout combines the best of ballet leg strengthening, Pilates core conditioning, cardiovascular endurance, and yoga stretching. Results happen quickly due to the specific and strategic movements combined with the instability of the board…..warning….you may get wet!

 

Paddle Pilates: What do you get when you combine 2 of the best core workouts around? Paddle Pilates! This fun class will include a series of movements which will stabilize and strengthen your core. Class will focus on sculpting long and strong muscles while also increasing flexibility and improving posture. What better way to practice Pilates than on a paddleboard!?

5 Class Pack: $140 ($28 per class)
10 Class Pack: $250 ($25 per class)
Unlimited Monthly: $160** If you attend 3x per week, each class is only $13!
Unlimited Summer: $525** Includes free S’well bottle!
