We will continue to offer land based yoga classes monthly at our Sparrows Point Country Club location. There simply is no better way to start that day than with a sunrise yoga session overlooking Bear Creek. We may be bias, but we think this is one of the best locations to practice yoga in Baltimore. The class is an all-levels vinyasa style yoga practice. Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, you will enjoy this inspiring flow style class. Modifications will be given to make this class accessible to all levels of yogis.
