This bootcamp-style class includes interval-based training, body weight exercises and paddle drills to get your heart rate up and build strength while on the water.
We will continue to offer land based yoga classes twice a week at our new location at Sparrows Point Country Club. There simply is no better way to start that day than with a sunrise yoga session overlooking Bear Creek. We may be bias, but we think this is one of the best locations to practice yoga in Baltimore. The class is an all-levels vinyasa style yoga class. Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, you will enjoy this inspiring flow style class. Modifications will be given to make this class accessible to all levels of yogis.
