Reconnect with yourself and nature during this unique Baltimore paddle boarding experience that combines paddling and land-based yoga with an emphasis on mind-body connection.

We will start with an all-levels paddle on the creek and then come back to B’More SUP for a sunset yoga class on the land. This is a 90 minute wellness experience (45 minutes of paddling, 45 minutes of yoga)!
