Join us for an evening of fun on the water to raise awareness for and support SheJumps!
We will meet at the B’More SUP Shed and spend the evening paddling and doing yoga on the dock! Everyone will also get to experience our signature FloYo, SUP yoga class, which consists of modified poses and vinyasa yoga sequences on the paddle board. All levels of SUP experience are welcome! We will give a brief land lesson for anyone who is new to stand up paddle boarding. Depending on the size of the group, we may split the group into two smaller groups and one group will do land yoga while the other is practicing on the water, but both groups will have an opportunity to try SUP yoga!

We accomplish this by offering Outdoor Education programs, creating high-visibility “Get the Girls Out!” events, Youth Initiatives (Wild Skills) and grassroots recreational gatherings. The SheJumps community consists of women and girls of all backgrounds and ages who help one another reach their highest potential through outdoor adventures and education.
