30 Day Core Challenge

To be a strong paddler, you must have a strong core. This 30-day challenge has been designed to help you build all the muscles that make up your core, ultimately helping to improve your paddle technique. Yes….even in the off season we need to build our core so we can come back to the water in 2021 stronger than ever!!

Details

Every day, for 30 days, you will be sent a core workout and/or challenge. The challenge begins November 1st, 2020 and will culminate on November 30th. There will also be fun social media challenges and prizes thrown in along the way. This is meant to be a fun, community building challenge to help us connect with our paddle family in the off season.

November 26th- Turkey Burner

On Thanksgiving we will have a special Turkey Burner workout. This will be free for anyone registered for the challenge, others will have the option to drop in to the workout! Details coming soon….
